It was set up in 2005 by Sean Ryan, a native of Thurles. Sean studied Architectural Technology in both Carlow and Waterford Regional Technical Colleges. He later studied at Tipperary Institute in Thurles where he completed courses in Renewable Technology, Domestic and Sustainable Technology and BER certification..
RAS use the latest technology and software with Revit Architecture, Full AutoCAD, Word, Excel, Power Point etc., to turn your ideas into reality. At RAS each project/design is tailored to meet the individual client's requirements while complying with planning and building regulations. With over 20years experience in the construction industry we work with you from the initial sketch design through to the finalising of plans, lodging of planning applications - right through to the supervision and construction of the project.
